The Highway Safety Improvement Program awarded $ 345,150 to upgrade Santa Clarita?s pedestrian facilities, such as ramps and crosswalk signals at the intersections of Soledad Canyon Road and Crossglade Avenue, and Railroad Avenue and Drayton Street.
